Hey there, I'm Jess!
I’m a labor and delivery nurse and a new mom. When I had my first son last year, I thought with my six years of experience as a nurse that I would know what I was getting myself into when it came to all things pregnancy and postpartum. But boy was I wrong! (And don’t get me started on the motherhood part!) It was exciting, scary, overwhelming, but magical all at the same time! I had so many thoughts and feelings I didn’t quite know where to express them.
That’s where Currently Jess was born! I started this blog shortly after my son was born as a creative outlet and a way to share all the things I was learning in my life as a new mom. I love sharing my experiences and connecting with other new moms just like me!
